Complaints Procedure

Revive Business Recovery Limited take pride in completing all works to a high level of satisfaction.

However if a party is not satisfied with any work undertaken by Revive Business Recovery Ltd or its members or staff we want to hear from you so we can rectify this.  Any complaints should be set out in writing, detailing the nature of the complaint and supported by any documents that will assist and this should be sent to Claire Foster.

We are hopeful that any complaints can be resolved and the Insolvency Service encourage you to seek to resolve the issue with the relevant Insolvency Practitioner prior to submitting a complaint to them.
