Revive Business Recovery: Helping Businesses to Survive Across the UK

At Revive Business Recovery we take pride in helping businesses across the UK to make the right decisions – and hopefully survive and move forward.  We ensure that the advice given to you is from a qualified, licensed insolvency practitioner, who has a proven track record in rescuing many businesses over the years.

There may be many decisions a business needs to make through its lifetime and when there are financial, debt or cashflow problems in the business the stresses that relate to these are heightened.

Sometimes a company has reached the end of its useful life and Revive Business Recovery will assist the directors and shareholders in this difficult time to close the company in an orderly and timely manner.  This may be by a liquidation or through administration.

Sometimes it may be appropriate to do a pre-pack liquidation or a pre-pack administration which will allow a new business to purchase some of the assets of a failing one.  We will make sure that you are well-informed of this and discuss with you whether this would be appropriate.

We also recognise that a business failure may also put financial pressures on individuals.  When advising a company we take all stakeholders into account to try to minimise their obligations as a result of a struggling business.  However if an individual does have financial problems, there are lots of solutions out there.

At Revive Business Recovery, we don’t just help struggling companies, we also deal with solvent companies in order for the members to benefit from tax minimisation.  This may involve a Section 110 Demerger, an MVL or re-structuring.
